Having trained in the beautiful Island Of Koi Samui, I deliver the Absolute Hot Yoga Series. Using heat during yoga practice is highly beneficial as it allows the body to;

work deeper in to the muscles, creating deeper stretches and builds strength whilst in asana (posture)

calm the mind and aid stress relieve by connecting the breath (prana) with the movement

detoxify the body

create balance and harmony for the body and the mind
