Love Hot Yoga

Having trained in the beautiful Island Of  Koi Samui, I deliver the Absolute Hot Yoga Series.  Using heat during yoga practice is highly beneficial as it allows the body to;

  • work deeper in to the muscles, creating  deeper stretches and builds strength whilst in asana (posture)

  • calm the mind and aid stress relieve by connecting the breath (prana) with the movement

  • detoxify the body

  • create balance and harmony for the body and the mind
